Violinist Renaud Capuçon spoke with the Library’s Carol Lynn Ward-Bamford about his upbringing as a violinist, his connection to his own violin and the Library’s Kreisler violin, as well as the Library’s Korngold collection. Capuçon talks about his inspiration for his work on his album, which features a work by Korngold and played a fragment of a piece from this new album, “Cinema.”
