You are going to hear something really unusual on the accompanying video – a tone poem. Why is this unusual? Hearing a tone poem on the piano is quite rare! Today I am going to improvise a tone poem which is not based upon any music in particular, but will have the emotional range and familiar leitmotifs (musical riffs that represent different characters in the music).
