Here is a remarkable good 1968 recording from the former GDR: (Socialist Eastern German Democratic Republic) “Gewandhaus Orchestra Leipzig” playing Franz Liszt “les preludes” conducted by famous czechoslovakian conductor “Vaclav Neumann”. This is a so called eastern german “peoples LP” made by VEB Deutsche Schallplatte Berlin “ETERNA” brand.
