The legendary Japanese-Swedish pianist Fuzjko Hemming will be back to the Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall!
Despite her severe hearing difficulties and turbulent life story, including a time spent under refugee status, pianist Fuzjko Hemming has beaten the odds to become a highly-acclaimed concert pianist. In 1999, her documentary broadcast in Japan created a huge sensation, which made her a star with the multi-million selling debut album “La Campanella” in her late 60s.
The program includes, Chopin “Revolutionary Étude,” Mozart Sonata No.11 in A major, Debussy “Clair de Lune” and her signature piece—Liszt ”La Campanella.”
